Convotherm® 4 combi ovens are designed around operators needs in the kitchen. The two control-panel designs - easyTouch® and easyDial give a degree of control you require: from full automation to maximum customization. The aim of both is to deliver the functions operators need in a user-friendly design. Boasting perfect cooking results, low energy consumption and an award winning functional design with customers worldwide., the Convotherm 4 allows operators to serve up award-worthy and soon to be world renowned plates, precisely and efficiently every time.

Minimum space, Maximum Cooking Capabilities

Convotherm® mini series combi oven has been providing variety of cooking methods including roasting, grilling, steaming, frying, baking, grilling and retherming, for over 10 years. Convotherm mini is a perfect fit for any kitchen where space is at a premium. With small dimensions and ventless technology, it can fit in small spaces and there are no additional costs for hood installment. A large window makes it easy to see exactly what’s inside for both staff and customers. High quality finishes and aesthetic design mean Convotherm® mini is designed for front-of-the-house applications.

High efficiency frying at its best, value

The innovative Frymaster® ESG35T is a 35-lb fryer that has the same cooking capacity as a 45-lb fryer and exceeds ENERGY STAR® guidelines. The ESG35T requires only 70,000 BTU per hour, 33% less than comparable standard models. The 6” heating tubes have proprietary baffles and painted interiors that deliver super heat transfer and reduces flue heat loss by 27%. Energy savings are enhanced further by the insulated frypot that allows for a low idle rate of 6,143 Btu per hour.

Quality fried foods start with oil management

Frymaster® Oil Quality Sensor (OQS), is innovative technology that fully automates how operators manage, test and filter their oil. Creating operational efficiency, oil savings, labor reduction, while improving safety and ensuring fried foods are of the highest quality for customers. Major operational benefits of the OQS are its accuracy and ability to provide much needed information.

Two-sided grilling made simple

The Garland® XPress Grill™ was designed specifically with the needs of foodservice operators in mind. It allows operators to increase throughput, reduce labor, allow for menu expansion, ensure food and staff safety all while delivering the quality and consistency customers have come to expect. The newly redesigned Garland XPress Grill does all of this with just the touch of a button. EasyTouch® icon based touch screen technology enables operators to preset cook temperature and times for each menu item, reducing training times while ensuring consistent product quality. Staff only needs to touch the item on the screen and the XPress grill does the rest. 

Greener kitchens start with Induction Technology

Garland® Induction has multiple sensory points offering the most precise heat retention, detection and better protection against hazards such as boil dry and overheating. Boiling water is one thing, sautéing a delicate sauce to perfection is quite another. With temperature accuracy to the exact degree, perfect results can be achieved every time. Induction units do not emit ambient heat contributing to less heat in the kitchen, a more comfortable working environment and less strain on staff and ventilation systems. 

Counter top cooking

Lincoln Digital Counter Top Impinger (DCTI) Oven is simply designed for small spaces and ease of operational use. Equipped with an easy to read digital control panel allowing operators to quickly access cook times, temperature and diagnostic messages, making adjustments and trouble-shooting simple. With FastBake Advance, bake times up to 35 percent faster while maintaining quality. Ventless technology eliminates the need for hood installation saving operators both time and capital expenditures.

Versatility and Ventless

Lincoln Impinger® 1100 series ovens are an impeccable choice for any size operation. Lincoln Impingers are stackable, for operators who want options, to properly manage throughput based on volume. The 1100 series allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping, so even high-volume operations can fill customer orders with minimal wait times. With patented FastBake® Technology, operators can reduce bake times by as much as 15-30% over other impingement ovens. By providing a higher level of heat transfer to food, it revolutionizes the way pizzas taste from a conveyor belt oven.

Small oven, big performance

Merrychef® eikon® e2s is where innovative design meet cutting-edge technologies. The eikon® e2s is available in classic traditional Merrychef design or eikon® e2s Trend, with color-coated exterior, soft edges and small ware storage on top. The eikon® e2s is the ideal way to cook, toast, grill, bake and regenerate a wide range of fresh or frozen foods, such as sandwiches, pastries, pizzas, fish, vegetables and meat. Its flexibility supports business growth by allowing rapid menu changes and additional food offerings from one small unit.

Versatility, speed, and energy efficiency at the touch of an icon

From sandwich toasting to pastry baking, the Merrychef® eikon e3 combines easy to use technology with the ability to prepare fresh foods, like toasted sandwiches, in about 1 minute. With both microwave and convection cooking capabilities and a rotating turntable to ensure even cooking throughout, the e3 cook times are up to five times faster than traditional cooking methods. Allowing operators to decrease wait times, while preparing fast made to order times today’s consumer have come to expect in foodservice.
